4.2 Accuracy of Information

4.3 Account Security

mata11 conducts identity verification (KYC) as part of its compliance obligations. You may be required to submit a copy of your Malaysian National Identity Card (MyKad), proof of address, and/or proof of payment method. Verification is required before processing withdrawal requests and may be triggered at any time by our compliance team. Accounts with outstanding KYC documentation will have withdrawal functionality suspended until documentation is provided and approved.

5.3 Currency
All Account balances are held in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Cryptocurrency deposits will be converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit confirmation. mata11 is not liable for exchange rate fluctuations between the time a cryptocurrency deposit is initiated and the time it is confirmed on the network.

7.1 Wagering Requirements
All bonus amounts are subject to a Wagering Requirement (Rollover) that must be satisfied before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable Wagering Requirement multiplier is specified in each individual promotion's terms (e.g., 10x, 20x, 35x). For illustration: a Wagering Requirement of 20x applied to a RM100 bonus requires total wagers of RM2,000 before the derived winnings become withdrawable.
7.2 Maximum Bet During Bonus Play
While Bonus Funds are active in your Account, the maximum permitted bet per round or spin is RM500 unless otherwise stated in promotion-specific terms. Placing bets in excess of this limit while Bonus Funds are active may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, at mata11's sole discretion.

Where such activity is detected, mata11 reserves the right to void the relevant bonus, confiscate associated winnings, and suspend or permanently close the Account.

13.1 Termination by Player
You may close your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding Bonus Funds) will be returned to your designated payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and satisfaction of any applicable Wagering Requirements.
